SAW, Inc. is a private, 501(C)(3) non-profit organization that works in partnership with Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities to provide work and training opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities. We provide pre vocational paid work and training opportunities, group employment skills training, and Adult Day programming that offer a full range of programs both in our settings and in the community.

Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, to explore and gain employment, recreational and social skills in safe and therapeutic settings in both center-based services or the community.

Non-Medical Transportation (NMT) Driver

Provide transportation services to adults with developmental disabilities who attend programs with SAW, Inc. Full or part-time opportunities are available.
