Solutions At Work Inc

SAW, Inc. is a private, 501(C)(3) non-profit organization that was founded in 1969 in partnership with Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities to provide work and training opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities. Today SAW, Inc. provides pre vocational paid work and training opportunities, group employment skills training, and Adult Day programming that offers a full range of programs both in our settings and in the community. All of SAW, Inc’s services are person centered and driven by the needs and desires of each individual.

Our Board

A Board of Directors governs SAW, Inc. Our bylaws require two or more directors have a family member who receives services from SAW, Inc. Our current Board Members:

President - Tim Clemens , Attorney and Magistrate for Rocky River Court.
Vice President - Randy Graham , Retired Executive at TravelCenters of America and Nexus Engineering
Treasurer - Ellen Minadeo - Retired Private Banker/Wealth Financial Consultant
Secretary - The Honorable Dick Ambrose , Judge Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas.
Executive Director - Judith Carey
Todd Barson - Retired, Sales and Marketing Manager, Ferro Corporation.
Russell Benghiat - Retired President , Benghiat Marketing & Communications
Georgette Jackson - Retired Executive Director from Joseph's House
Stacey McKinley - Attorney at Law, Director of Gift Planning at Cleveland Clinic Philanthropy Institute
Elizabeth Sheehe - Retired, Executive in Public Administration & Social Services

The guiding principles of Solutions At Work (SAW, Inc.) are simple and straightforward. All individuals we serve want and deserve the opportunity to grow and develop in their efforts to reach their full potential; deserve the opportunity to work, create friendships and contribute to society; and be involved and integrated in their community. All individuals we serve who choose to work will have opportunities that enable them to be wage earners and develop and grow their marketable employment skills.
