Meet Viola Johnson, AAC Manager for Maple Heights Adult Activity Center

Viola Johnson is the accomplished Manager at Maple Heights Adult Activity Center. With an impressive 43 years of experience in the field, Viola has held various roles, including Group Home Leader, Workshop Specialist, Habilitation Supervisor, and Manager. She brings a wealth of knowledge and a well-rounded perspective to her role, ensuring both individuals and DSPs at Maple AAC receive exceptional service and support.

Viola is passionate about enhancing the quality of life for the individuals she serves by collaborating closely with their teams and SAW staff. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, particularly planting flowers and camping, reflecting her love for nature and tranquility.

Meet Tiara Bagley, Manager for Beachwood Adult Activity Center

Tiara Bagley is the dedicated AAC Manager at Beachwood Adult Activity Center. With over 14 years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities, Tiara ensures that the individuals at Beachwood receive the necessary support to achieve their goals in a fun and learning-focused environment. Her journey with SAW began in 2020, and she quickly advanced to her current managerial role. Tiara loves building connections with the individuals at Beachwood and finds joy in their unique personalities.

Outside of work, Tiara enjoys journaling, playing video games, and all things rollercoasters. A self-proclaimed introvert, she also loves traveling and exploring new cultures and cuisines. Although she doesn’t have children, she cherishes the time spent with her niece and nephews.

Meet Karen Fifelski, Manager for Parma Adult Activity Center

Karen Fifelski is the Manager at Parma Adult Activity Center. Since January 2020, Karen has overseen enrollment, staffing, programming, special events, and daily operations at the Parma site. With 53 years of experience, she has supported individuals with developmental disabilities in roles ranging from camp counselor to teacher to building manager.
Karen enjoys getting to know people and providing activities and equipment that support and expand their interests. Outside of work, she is active in her church and loves spending time with her granddaughter.

Meet RaSheon Glanton, Manager for Rocky River Adult Activity Center

RaSheon Glanton is the Manager of Rocky River Adult Activity Center at SAW Inc. With over 24 years of experience, RaSheon oversees planning, organizing, and directing resources to ensure effective collaboration with community services tailored to individual needs. She also manages safety, health conditions, staff coordination, and community awareness about SAW’s services.
RaSheon enjoys making a tangible difference in individuals’ lives and values building meaningful relationships. Outside of work, she is a proud mother, grandmother, and active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. She loves spending time with family, singing, and dancing.

Meet Nick Krywyj, Manager for Community Employment

Nick Krywyj serves as the Community Employment Manager at SAW, where he coordinates and supervises employment services for individuals. His role involves identifying career aspirations and establishing clear outcomes in collaboration with the individuals and their teams. Nick oversees a team of nine Employment Direct Support Professionals across seven contracts with local businesses, ensuring quality standards are met.
With 16 years of experience, Nick has worked in various environments, focusing on facilitating employment opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities. He enjoys seeing their progress towards competitive integrated employment.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, especially at their family house on Put-In-Bay. They also love traveling to Charleston, South Carolina.
